This paper studies the rearrangement and reform of organisation, and management of state plantations. It analyzes Dong Giao plantation (Ninh Binh Province) as a case study. Under the process of transformation, Dong Giao company has firmly developed in domestic and international markets. Its growth indicates the natural demand for rearrangement and reform of the state plantation system for better economic performance.
